Koliko \u010desto na internetu vidite tekstove i postove o nabavi, u usporedbi s prodajom, marketingom ili IT-jem? Sigurno jako rijetko, ali za\u0161to je to tako?<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Priroda posla i povjerljivost<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div><p>Prvi razlog le\u017ei u samoj prirodi posla. Nabava se bavi pregovorima, ugovorima, cijenama i strategijama koje su osjetljive i \u010desto povjerljive. Stru\u010dnjaci koji bi imali najvi\u0161e za re\u0107i, nerijetko ne smiju \u2013 jer bi otkrili previ\u0161e. U mnogim tvrtkama, detalji o ugovorima, rabljenim taktikama ili \u010dak o odnosima s dobavlja\u010dima smatraju se komercijalno osjetljivim. To ograni\u010dava mogu\u0107nost dijeljenja iskustava, uspjeha i \u010dak i gre\u0161aka koje bi mogle biti korisne za cijelu zajednicu.<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Nedovoljna vidljivost vrijednosti nabave<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div><p>Drugi razlog je \u201enevidljivost vrijednosti\u201c. Kad prodaja zaklju\u010di veliki ugovor, to je naslovnica. Kad marketing lansira kampanju, to je pri\u010da. A kad nabava spasi milijune kroz optimizaciju ugovora \u2013 to je tiha pobjeda u Excelu. Te\u0161ko je preto\u010diti tu vrijednost u pri\u010du koju \u0161ira publika razumije. Uspjehi u nabavi rijetko su vidljivi, a jo\u0161 rje\u0111e se slave. Upravo zbog toga, mnogi menad\u017eeri i kolege ne razumiju koliko je nabava klju\u010dna za profitabilnost i stabilnost tvrtke.<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Kompleksnost i jezik<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div><p>Problem nastaje u samom obja\u0161njenju. Nabavni izazovi su kompleksni, puni akronima, procedura i nijansi u terminologiji. Ako se ne prevedu na jezik koji razumiju menad\u017eeri, kolege i javnost, pri\u010da ostaje zatvorena u krugu stru\u010dnjaka. Mnogi stru\u010dnjaci iz nabave nisu uvje\u017ebani u pri\u010danju pri\u010da \u2013 fokusirani su na brojke, analize i procese, a ne na komunikaciju. To dodatno ote\u017eava preno\u0161enje va\u017enosti i doprinosa nabave \u0161iroj publici.<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Propu\u0161tene prilike za prezentaciju primjera iz prakse<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div><p>\u0160teta je velika, jer ba\u0161 tu le\u017ei prilika. Nabava mo\u017ee pri\u010dati o odr\u017eivosti, o eti\u010dkom odabiru dobavlja\u010da, o inovacijama u lancima opskrbe \u2013 temama koje se ti\u010du svakog od nas. To nisu samo interni procesi, to su pri\u010de o budu\u0107nosti biznisa i dru\u0161tva. Nabava je sve vi\u0161e uklju\u010dena u strategiju tvrtke, u odabir partnera koji dijele iste vrijednosti, u smanjenje ekolo\u0161kog otiska i u podr\u0161ku lokalnim zajednicama. Ove pri\u010de su va\u017ene i inspirativne, ali ih na\u017ealost rijetko \u010dujemo.<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Nabavlja\u010di, prona\u0111ite svoj glas!<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><div><p>Zato je va\u017eno da stru\u010dnjaci iz nabave prona\u0111u svoj glas. Ne da otkrivaju tajne ugovora, ve\u0107 da govore o principima, iskustvima i vrijednostima koje stoje iza brojki. Jer kad nabava progovori jasno i ljudski, prestaje biti \u201eskriveni odjel\u201c i postaje ono \u0161to jest \u2013 strate\u0161ki pokreta\u010d promjene. Nabava mo\u017ee biti pri\u010da o uspjehu, o etici, o inovaciji i o odgovornosti. Samo treba da se ta pri\u010da prenese na pravi na\u010din.<\/p><\/div><div><h2><strong>Kako promijeniti pri\u010du?<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><ul><li><p>Nabavlja\u010di trebaju vi\u0161e dijeliti svoja iskustva, ali u obliku pri\u010da koje su pristupa\u010dne i relevantne<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tvrtke bi trebale podr\u017eavati komunikaciju o uspjesima u nabavi, ne samo interno, ve\u0107 i izvana<\/p><\/li><li><p>Treba razvijati kompetencije u komunikaciji i pri\u010danju pri\u010da me\u0111u stru\u010dnjacima iz nabave<\/p><\/li><li><p>Dobro je koristiti moderne platforme i medije za dijeljenje pri\u010da \u2013 blogove, LinkedIn, podcaste, webinare, <a href=\"https:\/\/ensolva.com\/hr\/events\/adria-procurement-event-2026\/\">konferencije<\/a><\/p><\/li><\/ul><div><p>Kad nabava prestane biti \u201etamna zemlja\u201c i postane vidljiva i pristupa\u010dna , tada \u0107e se i njezina uloga u biznisu i dru\u0161tvu priznati na pravi na\u010din.
