2025 is behind us, and for the Ensolva team, it was a year full of challenges but also new projects that ultimately brought excellent results. Our team worked ‘full throttle’ on implementations, training, customer support, programming new functionalities, acquiring new clients, and developing innovations. As always, we strived to bring our customers even greater savings and efficiency in procurement through our software solution. In this blog, we will present the key figures and achievements that reflect our joint work throughout the year.
Key Results in Numbers
Ensolva achieved impressive results in 2025 that speak for themselves. A total of 4,278 procurement projects were conducted, 10,757 purchase orders were issued, and 1,620 contracts were entered, representing a massive scope of activities. Additionally, 17,199 invoices were processed, 1,949 new suppliers were registered on the Supplier Portal, and 923 new users began using the Ensolva procurement system.
In addition to operational results, our team solved 781 customer cases , launched 8 new software versions and introduced a number of key features. Some of them are design cost estimates , inviting unregistered suppliers to tenders, upgrades to the SAQ module for supplier evaluation, transfer of offers on the Supplier Portal, a new supplier evaluation form, reminders for delays in the procurement process and many others. Of course, there is also our new Invoices module , which covers the procurement process from procurement planning, purchase requests to invoice payments. This data shows our commitment to continuous improvement and scalability of the solution.
New Clients and Strategic Growth
In 2025, Ensolva won four major names in Croatian tourism and events: Adriatic Luxury Hotels, Plava Laguna, TTHotels, and Zagrebački velesajam. These clients chose our platform for centralized procurement management, resulting in faster processes and better cost control. The partnership with them not only expanded our network but also validated Ensolva as a reliable solution for complex procurement challenges.
When we talk about achievements, special emphasis goes to the new Invoices module, which we mentioned earlier and which was launched into production this year. This module enables receiving e-invoices from FINA, centralized review of items, linking with purchase orders/contracts, custom approval workflows, and synchronization with ERP systems. The results are faster approvals, fewer errors, and full financial visibility.
Technical Improvements and Security First
Improving security was a priority in 2025; we additionally strengthened all security measures to ensure procurement data remained protected under all conditions. In addition, we focused on maximizing software speed across all three portals for a top-notch user experience.
Key changes relate to advanced filtering options for easier navigation, as well as major updates in the Financial Plan module, such as hierarchical budget display with CapEx/OpEx tracking, automatic amount distribution across items (purchase orders, contracts, procurement items), budget spending control when publishing tenders or awarding jobs, and loading distributions from Excel.
We have also introduced new bid analysis capabilities, such as expanded printing options for standard analysis that every user can customize as desired. A novelty is ranked analysis – a specialized printout where bidders for each procurement item are sorted by price (from lowest to highest), with direct linkage to budget items to facilitate spending tracking during contracting.
We have paid special attention to the bid submission process to make it as easy as possible for all suppliers, regardless of the type of bill of materials, number of items, presence of alternatives, and similar factors. Here we would particularly highlight our new feature Designer Bills of Materials, which will allow procurement to upload designers’ bills of materials into the system with minimal adjustments, and suppliers to submit bids in a simple way without the need to send various bills of materials via email. The biggest advantage of this functionality is the fully customized bid analysis, which greatly reduces hours or even days of manual analysis and accelerates job awarding.
What does that mean?
These figures are not just an internal success; they directly bring benefits to our clients – on average 30% faster processes, more precise budgeting, safer collaboration with suppliers, significant savings, and much more. In the context of the growth of the Croatian procurement sector, Ensolva helps companies modernize their business through procurement digitalization and maximum process optimization, which ultimately brings many benefits to overall operations.
